It’s soft and chewy, has a delicious taste and does what it says it’s going to do!
I suffer from an autoimmune disorder and it’s freaking havoc with my body. I literally have no fingernail length and I’m losing hair.

Although I just ordered them recently, I have been using them for a couple of years. I switched from another competitor brand. I like the way these taste better and I don’t get any negative side effects to my skin. I notice my hair grows faster like 1 inch a month
