Just finishing my first bottle and already the amount of hair I am loosing has gone down significantly. I have not noticed new growth yet but still very happy. I’m hopeful. And they taste great.

Mostly what I notice at this point is less hair on the floor. That’s a very good thing.
I’ll stick with it to see if I can get some nail length.

I have tried a lot of different gummies and these are top notch! They really work. After about a month I could tell a difference in my hair and nails. No other gummies/vitamins have really worked for me. I highly recommend you try these! You won’t be disappointed.

I am on my 2nd bottle. I think the bold spoon my sides of forehead seems less visible than before. The gummy itself tastes great too.
