I was skeptical because I’m very picky on taste but these actually taste good. I’ve only been taking them for a couple weeks now but call me crazy I think my nails are actually growing faster (I wear press on nails so it’s easy to tell if they are growing faster). I’m so excited to start seeing some hair results!
