It’s been just under a year that I have been using this product. I didn’t believe it at first but after six months, I noticed that I definitely had a lot of new hair. I continued to move forward because I wanted it to be much fuller looking. I did cut back and decided to take it just a couple times a week because of the biotin drying out my scalp. But besides that I’m very happy with this product because it has truly made my hair much fuller.
