This product absolutely works and does everything it says. I lost a large amount of weight in combination with being in menopause and my hair went from so thick I could barely find a ponytail holder that would work to hardly enough to even make a ponytail. I tried oral collagen, prenatal vitamins, and a number of hair skin a nail vitamins and I saw no noticeable results. After 1 month of Weem i could already see the difference. It is a must for me now.
