I wasn't really paying much attention to the results. I was at a meeting when I became very depressed and was ready to leave.. Really Works!

I've been taking the gummies for about 5 months and I know my hair is longer for sure. My hairdresser noticed the length as well. I have naturally curly hair so it shrinks up about 4 inches in length but since taking the gummies you can actually see length even with the shrinkage. I have less fall-out as well.
