I see no difference so far.
I am excited to continue my journey taking these vitamins. I love that they are in gummy form since I am terrible at taking pills. They have a wonderful taste and texture & as someone who is on a weight loss journey and taking a GLP1 medication I have noticed that my hair had. been shedding more than usual. I will continue to take my Weem vitamins to reduce the effects of my weight loss meds on my hair. I can already tell a difference in my skin and nails!
