Hair.Skin.Nails...hell yes!

I love this product. First, It's yummy. I know that's not the point but it is so shout out to that. I see the biggest difference in my hair...seems glossier and I have a bunch of new hairs growing. My nails are also noticeably stronger, smoother, and have better color. I'm a fan!

I have taken biotin for years with some results. I kept seeing the ads for this and decided to give it a try. They are also very tasty!It did take a month or two, but my nails are like that of a pregnant woman… When you take prenatal vitamins.

Great improvement

My daughter had thinning hair at her temples to the point that she would not pull her hair back into a ponytail. After two months of using these she has seen a much improved thickness to her hair.

Thyroid not balanced.
