I've been taking WEEM gummies for about 3 years as I was losing my hair. I'm on steroids due to COPD, which I believe is the cause. My hair grows fast, and it's thick. I have to have it trimmed every 2 1/2 weeks vs. 4 weeks! I can't say enough good things about WEEM, It's awesome. Now, for the nails, II have to trim them about every 10 days.
I like a little length but past 10 days is too long. My nails were splitting and weak, but since taking WEEM they are strong and in good shape.
If you're on the fence about trying WEEM, I highly recommend ordering at least 2 bottles. It takes about 30 days before you notice a change.
