Seems as though I have been seeing very positive results with the Hair, Skin and Nails. The only negative thing I have to say at this point is I don’t like gummies and I wish they came in capsule or pill form. But otherwise, I’m liking them!

My finger nails are stronger, and my toenail are too. My big toe on my right foot has had toenail fungus for 5yrs or more. I'm pretty sure that it's healing. With the fungus the toenail gets into the shape of a horse shoe going into the flesh. Now the nail is getting less of a arch.
