A product that really works

My hair was hard, brittle with no luster and lots of split ends not to mention coming out by the hand full. After taking this product for 2-weeks I noticed how soft my hair became with a lot less hair loss. This immediately but a smile on my face yet I still wasn't convinced this was fully working. Order never received

I received my first order with no problem. I signed up for monthly subscription. The December order that was to be delivered on December 10 was never received. The payment was automatically taken out of my account as scheduled, but no product received. I have sent several emails but the order still has not been received. Now they are setting up the January order and trying to debit my account. I would love to have the product, but can't seem to get this issue resolved.
