It's been one month, and the results are amazing. My nails typically grow very well, but after a few "gel" polish treatments a few months ago, they were destroyed. Just kept peeling and no real growth, so I ordered these gummies hoping for a fix, and they are now stronger, and the whites are now solid and not frayed. VERY PLEASED!!!!

I wasn’t sure how these vitamins were going to be, but let me tell you they blew away my expectations. The taste is great! It’s strawberry flavor and they are shaped like little bunnies…to cute. Just take 2 daily and watch it work..literally. My skin has started to appear healthier, my nails are getting stronger and are growing. I’ve had thinning hair and some baby hairs that just won’t grow. My hair is feeling healthier and growing little at a time. But I can definitely see the difference from before these vitamins and now.
