I have been taking the Hair, Skin & Nails all summer, not thinking about a change right away. Then came FALL and I literally woke up one morning with longer hair and a new look. I am not sure what happened or why my hair suddenly is longer, but I like it. There has definitely been a change and I can't believe I didn't notice while it while it was growing.. Great product and I may never quit taking these gummies!
