I've been taking WEEM at least 5-6 years, and maybe even longer. My hair was fine, thin and was losing it due to diabetes or medications taken for diabetes. I saw an ad on Weem and bought 3 bottles and the improvement was drastic. In 6 mos I had new hair growth, my hair had more body and texture and had grown! An additioal benefit, my broken fingernails had gotten stronger, were no longer breaking and I started having to file and trim more ofter.
