Seem pretty good, but not seeing a ton of growth

I'm 60 and have experienced a good deal of likely age/hormone related hair loss over the past few years. Have tried a couple other supplements too. Weem seems to be giving me a little bit of growth at my temples, but not sure I notice it much overall. It's been about 6 months and i know it can take a while. I'll give them a year to see if they actually help the density of my hair. They taste good and are easy to take. My skin and nails were already in pretty good shape, so I haven't noticed any changes with those, but these have maintained them if that helps to know.

Absolutely no change in my hair!The difference I did notice was that I had to pee more often. Doing more research, similar products are considered are reviewed as an expensive way to pee more. Ingredients in hair vitamins I found out are rarely absorbed by the roots of your hair and only flushed out by your body. Expensive dissapoitment

Hardest nails ever
