I have tried both biotin and then collagen tablets, used for years and for me the only thing I noticed a difference in my nails. I have been taking Weem for 5 months now and have noticed my scalp is less itchy and it has cleared some “rough” patches. I have also noticed my hair is fuller and do see some new growth in my thinning areas. LOVE that they are gummies, so much better than tablets!
