These are pretty sour but coated in a sweet crystal coating so they’re manageable for those like me who don’t enjoy sour! I have felt wonderful this year, despite 2-3 different colds and stomach bugs my girls have brought home from school. Only thing I can attribute it to is this vitamin!

Great quality gummies. They are soft and have great flavor. Vitamin C, zinc and echinacea packed in the gummies. 2 gummies a day are recommended which is 1 bottle per month. Good to take to stay on top of the winter crud!
