Very beneficial for your hair skin and nails.

I originally purchased this for the first time because I witnessed a patient grow back a full head of hair. She had lost 60 % , mysteriously. I have a "bald spot" in the back of my head . My hope is that will fill in. Also, I experienced more than normal shedding. I am thrilled that after 30 days there was and still is significant change in the amount of shedding.
